Early Registration: until May 31, 2011 (closed)
Nearly Early Registration: from June 1 to June 30, 2011 (closed)
Late Registration: from July 1 to July 12, 2011
No registration is possible between July 13 and July 25 because of money transaction system requirement.
On-site registration: from July 26 to July 30 (Price is same with "Late registration") ===============================================================================================

Please note that the number of participants is limited to 1,200, on a first-come-first-served basis.
We would appreciate your cooperation to register as early as possible.

As of July 8, 2011, 628 persons registered.

Registration Fee

All payments must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY).
Important notice: Persons who registered "Early Registration" should complete their payment by June 15. Those who failed to meet this deadline are requested to pay "Nearly Early Registration" fee.

Notification Email

Reply Email:
After you complete on-line registration, a reply email will be sent to your registered email address automatically.
If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.

Confirmation

Upon receiving your application and payment, the Registration Office will send you a Confirmation e-mail bearing your registration number. This confirmation must be retained and presented at the registration desk to receive the Conference materials.

Cancellation

Notice of cancellations must be made in writing to the Registration Office. The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation as follows. However, if you are the author of the papers listed on the conference program, your registration fee will not be refunded.

Amount of Refund

Until May 31, 2011: 100% of the registration fee (minus bank handling charge)
From June 1 to June 30: 50% of the registration fee (minus bank handling charge)
July 1, 2011 and later: No refund
*Bank transfer fee will be deducted from the amount to be paid back.
*All refund will be made after the conference.
